Are there additional costs?

We like to keep things simple.  Generally speaking if you have been given a quote, there will only be additional costs if you have later requested something more than what was in the original quote.

Support Included?

We will be there every step of the way to help you with any questions or concerns throughout the process of whatever service you are utilizing.

Will there be a deposit?

If we have worked together in the past and you have a great payment history, there typically isn’t a deposit.  If you are a new customer, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit up front.

What is your turnaround?

We are known for our quick turnarounds.  It obviously depends on what service you are utilizing and how big the project is, but we typically move quickly once given the go ahead and all the elements of the project to move forward. (In other words we are not like some companies who hang onto your stuff for months without you hearing from them.)
